SEVERN VALLEY BRITAINS STRONGEST WOMAN 2010

Just to let you all know -
Josie came 2nd in the Britains Strongest Woman Competition yesterday... it was her 1st competition ever!
Gemma Magnussen is the current reigining champ for past 4 years. On three events- walk of pain, load race, connans wheel, Josie pushed Gemma hard.
Did incredibly well after only 5 weeks prep with no prior experience.
Go Josie! xxxx
I am so proud of her.x
Next stop Hastings strongman in 6 weeks time. She is entering the womens under 75kg class. She'll be in it to win it!

was good to see girls from all ages competiting ur josie did very well and looks to have a good future if she keeps at it teh determination is there
gemma is strong but im sure a few years under josie belt with the right guidance she could become a good compettitor and hard to beat
