Hi, you may get a better response if you post this up in the Nutrition and Supplements section.

In brief though eat smaller meals more frequently i.e. every 3 hours. Aim for 4 meals + 2 liquid ones (protein shakes). Am=nd keep to the bodybuilding staples, rice, pasta, fish, steak, beef, nuts etc, etc, etc...

Hey mate, to seriously pack on the muscle your training and nutrition need to go hand in hand. This means plenty of heavy compound exercises (squats, bench press deadlifts etc), minimal C.V, and plenty of clean calories in the form of protein (amino acid repair), complex carbs (energy, glucose storage) and Essesial fats (omega 3 and 6 in the form of fish oils, olive oils etc). Im 5'11'' and a year ago i was 71 kg with 11.3 percent body fat, and now im 79 kg with 10.2 percent body fat. Its hard work but worth it when you see the results. All the best pal. Any questions just ask.
